Terms and Conditions
Effective September 8, 2026
steb operates this portfolio from the Philippines. Questions may be sent to steven.daanton@gmail.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
Portfolio purpose
The site presents design work and provides a way to make an inquiry. Viewing the portfolio or sending an email does not create a client relationship, promise availability, or form a contract. Any freelance engagement requires a separate written scope, price, schedule, intellectual-property agreement, and payment terms accepted by the relevant parties.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may view and share links to public pages for personal and informational purposes. Do not copy, republish, sell, scrape at unreasonable volume, interfere with, or misrepresent the site or its content without a lawful basis or permission.
Unless otherwise identified, the site design and original text are presented as steb's work. Portfolio projects may include client or third-party names, trademarks, typefaces, mockups, and other material used with permission, under license, or under another asserted legal basis. Those rights remain with their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Accuracy, availability, and external links
The portfolio may be updated, corrected, suspended, or withdrawn without notice. Reasonable care is taken with its content, but no guarantee is made that every page will always be complete, current, or available. External sites, including Behance, operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, steb is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on or inability to use this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are intended to be governed by Philippine law, subject to mandatory rights and any jurisdiction that legally applies. This governing-law wording should be reviewed for a future paid-services launch. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
